At Sfuso, you can choose from a curated selection of 250 labels from small wine producers, along with Top and Cult wineries that represent almost all of our 20 regions.
Our focus is on sourcing wines from the top and most well-known natural wine producers, with a selection of over 50 labels.
Here we are returning to our “origins”, emphasising seasonal ingredients sourced from a network of artisanal producers with whom we have long-standing relationships. This simplicity is the signature of our great Italian food.

Oh how I miss this wonderful restaurant!! We visited in March 2023 and had a wonderfully delicious meal and the MOST DELICIOUS Tiramisu EVER!!! Anytime we hear of friends traveling near here we tell them you MUST GO HERE!! It was such a memorable meal and special time for us! I even gave the owner a big hug as we departed the restaurant!!
